Simon Olsen

Vocalist of the Gaffa-award winning danish death metal masters BAEST, Simon Olsen possesses unstop- pable energy on stage and, literally, has the voice of a beast. Simon entered 2014 the death metal scene and has since developed a deep, harsh, and powerful voice that is now well known, respected, and stated one of the best in Danish Metal today. Simon persistently radiates dominant energy on stage having secured more than 250 concerts in Denmark and around Eu- rope playing festivals and EU tours with such as Decapitated, Abbath, Aborted and Entombed AD. Simon masters a great variation of different vocal styles spanning both high and low range. He is most known for his articulate, powerful and perseverant voice and is a great imitator of both fictional and real characters. Besides artist work he’s working as a teacher in a middle school teaching history, music and science at primary school and Middle school children
